Where is the rest of my coffee?Updated 5 months ago

Because our roasters ship orders directly from their roasting center to your home, if you purchase multiple from different roasters in one order, each coffee will ship individually. 

Please note that roasters have set individual roasting schedules, and many do not roast over the weekend. Rarely, some coffees are roasted less frequently, according to demand. In all cases, however, roasters will always ship your coffee within 24 hours of roasting. 

If your coffee has not arrived within 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date as posted in your shipping confirmation email, do not hesitate to reach out.
