Welcome to Trade! Once you've subscribed and logged into your account you'll be able to fully customize your subscription to your liking via our Dashboard.
Here's a quick cheat sheet to help you get around, starting with your Dashboard.

- My Trade
- This is your account Dashboard and the default page that'll you'll be brought to when you log in. This page lets you quickly view the following info:
- Your Subscription plan
- Any In Transit or Upcoming Orders
- Your most recent delivery
- Trade Credit balance and number of Prepaid Orders remaining
- Account details
- This is your account Dashboard and the default page that'll you'll be brought to when you log in. This page lets you quickly view the following info:

- Your Queue
- This page is where you can:
- Change the date of your next order
- Change what coffees you're being sent
- You can either change the order of your queued coffees, or swap out a coffee with one of your matches or a different coffee of your choosing.
- This page is where you can:

- Past Deliveries
- This page is where you can see your past orders and rate them, order that same coffee again, or set your subscription to reorder one coffee on repeat.
- Rating your past coffees helps us improve your future matches.
- You can also set your subscription to a single coffee you've previously ordered by using the "Subscribe To This Coffee" button.
- If you find something good, it's hard to let it go.
- This page is where you can see your past orders and rate them, order that same coffee again, or set your subscription to reorder one coffee on repeat.

- My Subscription
- Here you'll be able to see (and adjust) your subscription details such as:
- Your payment plan:
- Pay Per Order
- Prepay for 3 Orders
- Prepay for 6 Orders
- Prepay for 12 Orders
- Bag size for your subscription
- Standard Bag (10.93 oz)
- Big Bag (2 lbs)
- Number of Bags per Order
- Please keep in mind that selecting 2 Bags Per Order will send you 2 of the same bag.
- Order Frequency
- We want to make sure your orders arrive when you need them, that way you don't have too much coffee on hand or not enough.
- Select any option between weekly to every 6 weeks for your orders to be placed.
- Your payment plan:
- Your Billing and Shipping Information
- And if you ever need to, you can also Pause Your Deliveries (up to 12 weeks at a time) or Cancel Your Subscription.
- Please keep in mind that if you cancel your subscription and still have prepaid bags remaining on your account your subscription will cancel itself automatically after we have sent your remaining prepaid orders.
