My order has the wrong address - can I change it?Updated 2 days ago

If you'd like to make any changes to your upcoming order, including the address or coffee, please do so by 12 pm EST the day prior to your order date to allow for all changes to be saved. Once the coffee has been roasted and packed to be picked up, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order, as it will be shipped to your address within 2-5 business days. 


You can change your shipping address at any time via your My Subscription page. Once on that page you'll see your Billing and Shipping Information right below your Subscription Details. 

From there, you can edit your address. In order for an address change to effect your next order, it must be edited by the cutoff time noted in your "Up Next" order email, a full 24 hours in advance of your next order. For a quicker turn around, reach out to the Customer Experience team and we'll make that change right away.
