Rating past coffee orders You can review previously ordered coffee on the My Ratings found on the homepage when you're logged in. Your ratings on the coffee help our algorithm and Customer Experience agents get a better understanding of your coffee preferences, so let us know what you think about your coffees! What if I found the perfect coffee and want to get it each time? If you've found a winner, reach out to our Customer Experience team and let them know you'd like to get the specific coffee for every order and they can set that up for you!
