Rating past coffee orders: Rating coffees helps our algorithm and Customer Experience agents get a better understanding of your coffee preferences, so let us know what you think about your coffees! You can rate your past orders by clicking on Past Deliveries in your Account Settings.
What if I found the perfect coffee and want to get it each time? If you've found a winner, reach out to our Customer Experience team and let them know you'd like to get the specific coffee for every order and they can set that up for you!
