How do I log in to my account?Updated 3 months ago

We recently updated our website and securely migrated your account. If this is your first time logging in since January 11th, 2024, you'll need to create a new password in order to log in and access your account. You can use the activation email we sent or you request a new copy of the email here. Please make sure you're using the most recently sent email, as only that link will work.


If you logged in using the "Continue with Apple" button in the past, you may need to reset your email address well. Locate the activation email (subject line: "Access Your Updated Trade Account") and click the link. Once you reset your password, the system will automatically take you to your account details to update your Apple Relay email address!
