If this is your first time logging in, you'll need to finish setting up your account via the Activation Email that was sent. Or you can request a new copy of that Activation Email here. Please make sure you're using the most recently sent email, as only that link will work.
If you logged in using the "Continue with Apple" button in the past, you may need to reset your email address well. Locate the activation email (subject line: "Access Your Updated Trade Account") and click the link. Once you reset your password, the system will automatically take you to your account details to update your Apple Relay email address!
