We do! You can take a look at all of our certified coffees by using our Certifications filter on our Shop All Coffees page. 

We have coffee certified for Organic, Fair Trade, Kosher, and Rainforest Alliance.

As for sustainability in the ecological sense, that tends to be a bit more fluid since different things work in different climates and growing regions. The reality is that coffee is such a delicate crop that it is almost impossible to grow without pesticides or fertilizers. Any coffee that is USDA Organic will have been grown with pesticides that the USDA deems "naturally derived" which is still incredibly broad. We have a ton of coffee that is certified Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified but oftentimes, coffees are bought from farms that frankly are too small to pay for those sorts of certifications. We feel confident in saying that when you get coffee at this level of quality it is almost impossible to grow it in a mechanized or industrial manner. Much of this coffee is still hand-picked by producers who know that proper stewardship of their land produces a better product.
