Can I cancel my subscription?Updated 10 months ago

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking "Manage Subscription" on your Dashboard or by heading directly to your Subscriptions page. Under your billing & shipping information, click "Delay or stop my subscription" from the "Questions" section. You'll be prompted to either change your next order date or cancel your subscription.

We want to make sure we're always taking customer feedback and using it to improve so just answer a few quick questions about the experience and you'll be all set.

Please note that if you're subscribed to a pre-paid subscription plan, you account will be scheduled to cancel after your final pre-paid bag is ordered.
