If you have recently placed your order, our customer support team may be able to cancel it completely or partially. Once the roaster has accepted the order and gotten to work roasting your coffee, however, we can no longer stop it.
If your order has been placed but you have not yet received a notification that it is roasting, our customer support team will do all that we can to help.
