If you received a gift and you're new to Trade

The easiest way to redeem is to grab the code from the gift email and follow the instructions below:

1. Head to our Gift Redeem page and select the option that matches your gift

2. Take our quiz and get matched with a coffee that fits your taste

3. Go through checkout, making sure to enter your gift code, to ensure the gift fully covers the order

4. Your first coffee will be roasted and shipped asap!

5. Head to your account to easily track your first bag, adjust your order frequency, and manage your coffee queue.

You can also use your gift code to Shop All Coffees  and purchase a bag a la carte. Just add the bags you're interested into your cart and enter the gift code at checkout, it will apply like a regular gift card!

If you already have a Trade account

You can follow these steps to get your gift redeemed:

1. Log into your Trade account and head to the Trade Credit page

3. Click "Enter Gift Code"

4. Enter your gift code (found in the gift instructions), and then click "Redeem Gift"

5. The full value of the gift will be added to your account and credit will automatically be captured to apply to your next subscription order if applicable.

You can also use your gift code to Shop All Coffees and purchase a bag a la carte. Just add the bags you're interested into your cart and enter the gift code at checkout, it will apply like a regular gift card!
